New Features

Gateway

• A country field has now been added as a default field for all Gateway setups

• Restricted content has been extended to pages and libraries enabling you to make sections of a page, or library entry only readable if you are registered for the site.  This allows you to "tease" content to a visitor and require them to sign up to read the rest.

Insights

• An overview page for each exhibitor has been added to Insights.  This allows you to see how well an event has gone for an exhibitor, in terms of profile views, number of times favourited, or messages sent via Limelight.

Feedback

Exhibitors & Ezone

• When setting filters on data tables in the back office, these are now preserved for your session, for example, if you set a filter in the exhibitor list, then go into an exhibitor, when you come back to the exhibitor list the filters will still be present

Composer

• Help text can now be added for schema options to describe their use
• An exit intent popup has been added to the composer themes. 
• Option labels for Tempo have been updated to be clearer
• Role based schema options are now able to be added to theme layouts

Galleries

• The gallery image title now appears on the list view when you hover over an image.

Gateway

• Pages in Gateway can now have some intro text below the page title.  This is a simple text area to add some descriptive text to.
• There is now an option in Gateway > Settings > General so you can hide the My Contacts functionality for a Gateway app
• The attendee list in Gateway is now searchable by company name and job title
• All library types have now been added to an exhibitors entry view in Gateway to further enhance their profile in the app.
• Exhibitor entries now show the website URL and social icons for the exhibitors

General

• It is now possible to upload via CSV to the New / Featured / Sponsored fields in Showoff.  These are also now exportable via reporting as well

Integrations

• We now have a seminar & speaker integration into Planstone meaning we can automatically feed seminar & speaker data direct from their platform

Seminars & Speakers

• Speaker codes are now a required field in Showoff for any new and existing speakers.  It will also not allow any duplicates if adding via the CMS
• Schema options have been updated to be able to filter the additional speaker fields when looking at the advanced layout options.  It no longer shows all fields for the list view now

Improvements

Exhibitors & EZone

• An email from alias has now been added to the exhibitor password emails that are sent from the back office.  In the status setup, there is now an additional field for alias next to the email subject and body so this can be customised per status if need be.

Composer

• Schema options have been added to sections and also improved for panels.  These can now be specific to a particular panel position.  We have also added the ability to have WYSIWYG as a field type

Forms

• Deleted field options are now soft deleted so this means they can still be displayed in form reporting

Gateway

• The welcome email options in the email suite have been simplified to only have 1 welcome email now for CSV imports & 3rd party feeds
• Graphs in Gateway reports are now showing W/C dates instead of week ending
• Country field has now been added as a default field
• Gateway logins have now been fixed to record correctly, similar in the way user sessions are reported.  A login is counted only after 30 mins of inactivity now instead of when you enter a username and password
• Seminar sessions can now be added to your diary regardless of whether they have steaming setup.  When you later add streaming this updates the registrations to add the streaming method as well
• SSO from the ezone to Gateway now works from a page as well as the menu items
• All exhibitor contacts are now notified of a message sent via Gateway to an exhibitor instead of just the main contact
• Gateway CSV imports now de-dupe on email address only so no duplicates will be added
• The speaker profile page when clicking through from a session will now show all fields
• Appointment and messaging settings in the users profile will now be hidden if the modules are switched off
• CSV imports into Gateway no longer require a username field to be mapped

General

• Password Date / Time sent times in the back office have been updated to include the time zone they were sent.  All times are in UTC

Insights

• Registration reporting has been updated to reflect changes in the API feeds for Gateway
• Before downloading certain data types from Gateway, you now have to select a DPA option to gain access to the data
• Page & Panel reporting has now been added to Insights to track Gateway page views.

Media Manager

• Punctuation is automatically removed from folders created in Media Manager now

Bug Fixes

API

• We have altered and fixed a bug when clearing caches for items submitted via the API.  All cache clears are now queued for a max of 15 mins

Gateway

• Messages for accepted and rejected appointments have been fixed to show a correct error if the message is too long.  a character counter has also been added
• If there is no seminar location this is no longer displayed on the seminar list or entry with a blank value
• The dashboard widget pagination is now automatically changed if there is a potential clash in colours
• When exhib contacts are added to Gateway, the correct status is now set for each contact depending on whether the exhibitor is active or inactive
• De-activating a speaker in Gateway will now de-activate it in the speaker module and vice versa
• Adding 0 no longer displays all items in a Gateway widget.  The max entries to show now is 20 and you have to set a value to see items.  Help text has been added

General

• Unlocking a user in the back office now correctly clears the session flag so the reset emails work and the account doesn't appear locked anymore
• Any "More" button with only 1 option in the back office has been removed.  This will only show if there is 2 or more options to show in the drop down

Reporting

• The favourites reporting in Insights now reports the correct number of PDF downloads
• Google Analytics auth has now been fixed to authenticate correctly as per Google Guidelines
• Exhibitor reports have been fixed do de-dupe on header rows so data is not mis-aligned
• Password sent date can now be added to the exhibitor reports and is no longer blanked

Seminars & Speakers

• The correct stream order is now shown on the stream key on the seminar list

Widgets

• replacing widgets in a page no longer randomly errors meaning any changes were lost
