Composer & Templates

Schema options for articles and panels have been added to Showoff meaning we can now start to add advanced setup options to panel and article styles

Gateway

It is now possible to add a seminar session to your diary / register from within the website as well as the Gateway app

API

A new endpoint has been added to the API to enable you to filter a libraries entries by an exhibitor UUID.

Composer & Templates

More button styles have been added to the Tempo theme
A Video article style has been added to the Motif theme
An option has been added to rename the Overview tab to the exhibitor layouts
An advanced layout option has been added to show / hide the job title and company name on speakers that show on the all seminar list templates
The ability to choose how many items to show has been added to the base 1.2.0 RSS wrappers only so it will fit the page.
All hex codes are now validated in composer settings prior to saving

Exhibitors & EZone

A filter option has been added to the exhibitor bulk password send page to allow you to filter exhibitors by status to send out passwords to a particular status
Validation has been added to the back office when creating exhibitors manually to prevent you from adding duplicate account numbers
Reorder icons have been added to the exhibitor fields page to make this clearer that you can re-order the exhibitor fields within an entry

Forms

A popup confirmation has been added to the the form delete process which asks if you are sure you want to delete this form before the delete occurs
For category form questions, you can now choose how many columns to display the options in through the question setup
It is now possible to delete form entries from form reports. This allows users to delete test entries from the back office

Galleries

Galleries can now be randomly sorted

General

Event settings are now available to all standard users allowing them to update some of the meta information and event level settings

Libraries

Only categories that have been added to a particular library now appear when setting up the filter options

Media Manager

Loading icons have been added to media manager when adding and deleting images in media manager

SEO

There is a new setting under SEO options now which allows you to easily amend a pages <meta robots settings. This allows you to set indexing and follow options on a per page basis without the need to add code to the HTML head

Widgets

i-catcher image widgets will now have the URL picker instead of just a txt box when you add a link. This will apply to all new sites moving forward

Improvements

Exhibitors & EZone

Updates have been made to allow for premium templates to include product images on the exhibitor list

Galleries

You can now manage gallery images from the media manager, allowing downloads of all the gallery images in a folder

Gateway

Improvements have been made to the initial setup of Gateway so no visitors should be automatically allocated to the visitor group now
Products with multiple images uploaded now show a carousel in the Gateway app, similar to that in the website
The default colours in the Gateway design and appearance settings are now defaulted to their respective composer settings if Gateway is added to a composer site
When we have a zoom integration now, the sync disables the option for a zoom specific email to be sent, meaning this is controlled by Gateway now

General

We have taken steps to simplify our hosting and we have removed a lot of dependencies we had on MongoDB as a database store. This simplifies our architecture and removes a possible point of failure for the login to Showoff

Insights

A DPA filter has been added to insights for downloads. This allows you to filter the list based on a persons DPA opt-in status before downloading their data

Pages & Panels

Page re-ordering has been optimised to be quicker
An ALT text field has been added to section images

Bug Fixes

Exhibitors & Ezone

The CSV importer no longer flags multiple contacts at the same exhibitor as duplicate rows
The free text search filter now searches address fields as it is meant to do

Forms

Form email alias fields no longer accept : chars which caused issues with the email sending

Galleries

Gallery slugs now update correctly when changed and can include UTF-8 characters

Gateway

Gateway registration has been updated to warn of duplicate email addresses and redirect you to a login page
PDF email settings are now available if you are just using the favouriting widget
Inactive groups are no longer allowed to login
A fix has been added to allow logins to Gateway for sites that aren't live
When manually creating a visitor record from the back office if the email already exists then a warning is now shown instead of just closing the window
You no longer get stuck in a loop if you don't select a visitor group for the announcement settings
Gif images are now shown correctly on product list pages
The link in the quicklink widget for attendees has been fixed
Clicking on a speaker from the seminar list now shows the speakers entry page
image dimensions for the login page have been updated to show recommended dimensions

General

The back office menu now updates when a new library has been successfully added
You can now sort the manage libraries page by the number of entries in the back office
