Exhibitors & EZone
- We now have the ability to have SSO from the EZone to the new Gateway app for exhibitor contacts
Gateway
- We now have the ability to have session registration for individual sessions that are integrated with either You Tube, Vimeo or Zoom.
Improvements
Gateway
- We now have an empty state if there are no recommendations in the app.
- New appointment indicators have now been made to flash if there are appointments / messages that need action. A button has also been added to the my Event menu if presnet
- The profile overview has had a make over and is more readable
- Downloading your wishlist PDF has now been added to the wishlist page and the site widget
- Old dashboard message settings have been removed from the back office
- Seminar date / times are now updated in a persons diary if the session is changed once they are registered.
Bug Fixes
Exhibitors & EZone
- Field mappings for drop down fields on seminar imports are now showing the correct options from the drop down instead of always showing session type
- Exhibitor contacts can now be deleted fully from the back office
- Stand number fields on scheduled CSV imports are now only updated if selected to be.
Forms
- The email verification now fails correctly if the verify field is blank or incorrect
Gateway
- Favourites are now removed correctly when managing via the favourites page
- Pages with ad placements are fully responsive and show correctly on a smaller devices
- Speakers are now added to Gateway when imported via CSV, API or via the back office
- Exhibitor contacts are now added correctly when imported via CSV, API or via the back office
- The mobile nav menu button now works and expands as expected
- Exhibitor appointments now work with all exhibitors that have contacts
- The system will not try to manipulate the show logo now to the correct size if it is the wrong type of image
- The enabled module options now work as expected for each group
- Password sending in bulk via the back office now sends to multiple contacts as expected
- CSV imports of visitors now works into Gateway
General
- The images on the Secure Content login page have been updated to now pull from the ASP CDN URL
