If you are using our API and receiving a 403 error, this is most likely because your account credentials have been disabled due to inactivity.
Why This Happens
API credentials, including your:
API key
Password
Site ID
may expire if they are not used for an extended period.
How to Resolve
If you want to continue using your existing credentials, you do not need to generate new ones. Instead, you can request for your previous credentials to be reactivated.
What to Do
Please raise a support ticket, and the ASP team will reactivate your account and API access for you.
If you are unsure whether your credentials have expired or need further assistance, contact support for guidance.
