When integrating with third-party platforms such as manuals, registration portals, or external applications, you may be asked to provide the ID/UUID of your website in our CMS.
Each website within the ASP platform has its own unique identifier (UUID). This allows external suppliers and integrations to access, sync, or connect to the correct website data within the system.
In most cases, the ASP Support Team will provide this ID during the setup of an API or integration. However, if you need to locate it yourself, you can follow the steps below.
How to find your site's ID
Log in to the CMS/back office of the website you want the ID for.
At the top of the CMS, locate the information icon (ⓘ).
Click the icon to open the information panel.
In the pop-up window, you will see a 32 character ID string similar to the example below:
A7F3C9D2-4B6E-91FA-8C3D7B52E4F1A906
Copy the ID and provide it to the third-party supplier or paste it into the integration setup where required.
Additional notes
Each website has its own unique ID.
Make sure you retrieve the ID from the correct CMS instance if you manage multiple websites.
If you are unsure which ID to use, contact the ASP Support Team for assistance.
