Go to the back office of the site you'd like to set up the report from.
Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports
Select the entity you'd like to report on - you can select an individual entity here to show the entries from it (e.g. Select an individual form to post all of it's entries to your SFTP) , or a whole selection (e.g. Form (all)) to send a summary of the entries (i.e. No actual data from the form, instead the number of submissions, incomplete submissions, form ID)
Hit View Reports
Hit Edit Layout and tick on the fields you'd like to display. If you'd like to control the order they appear in the output, drag and drop them using the movement arrows on the right of each entry into your desired order.
You can use the Edit Filters button if you need to apply logic rules and filters to your data.
Finally, go to More > Save & Schedule Filter.
In the resulting modal, first set up your Report Name (It's helpful to add the show name in here).
Then hit the Schedule tab and use the options to set the frequency and type of your report, including if you want to include cumulative data.
Then select SFTP, enter the Server address, Port, Username & Password.
