If an exhibitor reports that they are unable to log into their Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) portal due to a “corruption” error, the most common cause is an incorrect or missing event status assigned to the exhibitor.
Exhibitors may forward a screenshot of the error to help you investigate.
🔹 Likely Cause
The error typically occurs when:

No event status is assigned to the exhibitor, but they are attempting to log in.

The exhibitor is part of a pushed dataset via API that did not include a status.
When this happens, the login portal will prevent access and display a “corruption” notification.
🛠 How to Check & Fix the Status
STEP 1 – Access the Exhibitor Module

Log into the relevant CMS/back office for your site.

From the left-hand menu, hover over Modules and select Exhibitors.
STEP 2 – Search for the Exhibitor

Use the search function to locate the exhibitor reporting the issue.

Click to view/edit their profile.
STEP 3 – Check Event Status

Look at the Status field on the exhibitor profile.

If the exhibitor shows “-Select-”, they currently do not have a status assigned.

To resolve, apply the correct status for the exhibitor.

Click Save.

If the exhibitor still sees the “corruption” error after updating their status, please raise a support ticket for further investigation.

Continuous missing status issues may indicate that pushed exhibitor data (via API) does not include a status at source. Check internally to ensure the data sent includes status information.
