When in the back office of your website, hover over the ‘Settings’ menu option down the left then select the ‘Exhibitor Zone Settings’ sub-menu. Once you have clicked through you will land on the Event Status tab and you will then have to select the status you wish to set this up for.
In the Permissions section scroll down to the section Required tasks message to change the text the exhibitor sees if they haven't completed all the required tasks.
To change the Task checklist titles, select an option:
- Task List Option: check this if you want to add this to the Task checklist
- Task Description: add text to let users know what they need to do
- Required/Task List Deadline: set a deadline for completion, if required
- Task Deadline Passed Message: set up a message to show the user when the deadline is passed.
- Click to Save your changes.
