If you’re finding that when you attempt to view an exhibitor profile page, it redirects you to a login screen, this means the exhibitor has been marked as Restricted Content.
🧩 What Is Restricted Content?
Restricted Content allows specific entries—such as exhibitors, library items, or pages—to be secured behind a login wall.
Only users with the appropriate EZone status can log in and access the restricted content.
This feature is particularly useful for exhibitor-only resources or private information that should not be visible to the public.
🪜 How to Remove the Restriction
Follow these steps to make an exhibitor profile publicly accessible:
STEP 1 – Access Exhibitors
From the left-hand menu, hover over Modules and click Exhibitors.
STEP 2 – Locate the Exhibitor
Use the search bar to find the exhibitor whose profile is currently behind a login wall.
Click on their name to edit their profile.
STEP 3 – Open Entry Options
Once inside the exhibitor record, look to the bottom-right corner and click the blue “Entry Options” button.
STEP 4 – Adjust Restricted Content Settings
In the pop-up window that appears:
-
Select the Advanced tab.
-
Scroll to Restricted Content.
-
Untick any statuses that are currently checked—these are what restrict access to logged-in users only.
STEP 5 – Save Your Changes
Click Submit at the bottom of the pop-up, and then click Save on the exhibitor profile to finalise your update.
✅ Result
The exhibitor’s profile will now be visible publicly and no longer require a login to access.
