When using Classic Zone or EZone 2, you can send welcome emails in bulk to ensure exhibitors can log in, create their online profiles, and upload content to the website.
Showoff’s Bulk Password Management tool lets you send login or password reset emails to multiple exhibitors at once—saving time and ensuring everyone has access to their Ezone.
🛠️ Accessing Bulk Password Management
Go to Modules > Exhibitors.
Hover over the More button in the top right corner.
Click Bulk Pass Mgmt (Bulk Password Management).
💡 Tips Before Sending Password Emails
1. Display more records per page
To email as many exhibitors as possible at once, increase the number of records shown.
Scroll to the bottom left and change the dropdown from “10” to a higher number.
2. Check contact emails
Ensure each exhibitor has a valid contact email. Emails cannot be delivered without one.
🔍 Filtering Exhibitors by Password Status
Use the Password Sent Status dropdown at the top right to filter exhibitors:
Password Sent: Login email already sent via Showoff
Password Unsent (All): No login emails sent yet (common for new directories)
Password Unsent (Failed): Coming soon
📤 Sending Login Emails
Tick the exhibitors you want to email.
To select all exhibitors on the page, click Send – Check All.
Click Send Emails at the bottom of the screen.
Exhibitors will receive an email to log in and create a password.
🔒 Security Information
Showoff never sends passwords in plain text.
Exhibitors receive a secure password reset link instead.
Password reset link expiry:
Self-requested: 24 hours
Organizer-sent (individual or bulk): 30 days
