Making an exhibitor active & inactive

Making an exhibitor inactive is always better than deleting an exhibitor as it allows you to reactivate them later without losing any information that either you or the exhibitor has added.

Go to Modules > Exhibitors Find the Exhibitor using the Keyword Search and click on their name.

From here you will see the option Active in the bottom right-hand corner.

Change this to "NO" and then click on SAVE.

Reverse the process to make an exhibitor active!

CHANGING ACTIVE STATUS IN BULK

If you want to make exhibitors active or inactive in bulk just go to Modules > Exhibitors, you may want to change the "Display 10" drop-down to something greater.

Just check the box next to the exhibitor name and SET ACTIVE and SET INACTIVE buttons will appear. Check the very first box to "select all".

Reverse the process to make exhibitors active in bulk.
