If an exhibitor has forgotten their password and you do not have a record of their login details, you can reset it via the CMS.
🛠️ Step 1: Access the Exhibitor Record
Go to Modules > Exhibitors.
Find and open the exhibitor in question.
🛠️ Step 2: Open the Contact Details
Scroll down to Exhibitor Contacts in the profile.
Click on the name of the contact to open a pop-up window.
🛠️ Step 3: Reset the Password

At the bottom of the pop-up, you will see:
Username
Reset Password
Confirm Password
Enter a new password in Reset Password and repeat it in Confirm Password.
For security, use a strong password containing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. You can use online password generators, e.g., passwordsgenerator.net.
Click Save.
✅ Step 4: Test and Communicate
Test the login to ensure it works.
Communicate the new password to your exhibitor securely.
⚠️ Note:
Exhibitor's can reset their own password via the zone login page if enabled.
