Exhibitors by Category Report in Showoff

A report that can be especially useful for catalogue companies, the Exhibitors by Category report lists all categories and shows the exhibitors associated with each.

📊 What the Report Exports

• Category per row – in order of category listing

• Number of exhibitors associated with each category

• Exhibitor per row alongside each respective category

• Exhibitor’s stand number in an adjacent column

🔎 Filter Options

You can filter the report by:

• Category

• Exhibitor Active Status

• Exhibitor EZone Status

📝 How to Access the Report

1. Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.

2. Select Exhibitors by Category from the Entity drop-down.

3. Select the columns you want to include via the Edit Layout button.

4. Apply any filters using the Edit Filters button at the top.

5. Save your layout and filters, then export or schedule the report via the More button.

💡 Tip – Strip Out HTML

Your catalogue company may prefer the online profile without HTML formatting (bold, underline, etc.).

• Before downloading the report, click Edit Filters.

• Check the Strip HTML box.

• Click Apply to ensure the formatting is removed from the exported report.

This keeps your exported data clean and ready for catalogue use.
