By default, Street Line 1, Postcode, and Country are required fields (shown with an asterisk). This means a user must enter values in these fields before the address can be saved.
If you want to make these fields optional, set other address fields as required (for example, Town/City), or make all address fields required, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the Exhibitors module
Go to:
Modules > Exhibitors
Step 2: Open Field setup
In the top-right of the screen, open the More dropdown and select Field setup.
Step 3: Edit the Address field
Select General, then scroll until you find Address.
Click Edit on the right-hand side.
Step 4: Update the Address field settings
A pop-up window will open titled Custom Question Details.
Select the Address Field Display tab.
Set each address field to one of the following options:
Display and Required: Shows the field and makes it mandatory.
Display: Shows the field but keeps it optional.
Hide: Removes the field from the form.
Once updated, save your changes to apply them.
