Once in the back office of your website, hover over the 'Settings' menu option and then click on the 'Exhibitor Zone Settings' sub-menu option. You will then land on the ‘Event Status’ tab where you will need to elect the status you want to set this up for.
You will land on the ‘General’ tab and you can then scroll down and click on the ‘Log-in Email’ dropdown. From here you can change the default email subject and email content text. The email text used is taken from the following fields on this page:
- Exhibitor Zone Log-in Details Email Subject
- Exhibitor Zone Log-in Details Email
You can also use merge fields in the email. Here's an example email to get you going:
Hi @name@
To access the Exhibitor Zone at https://showcase.asp.com/ezone
Use your username then follow the simple on-screen instructions.
Username: @name@
Set your password: @linkToken@
Please add/review your company profile, and upload press releases & product information to give your company maximum exposure in the months leading up to the show.

When exhibitors receive the email they will need to click on the "Set your password" to create their password. Passwords are encrypted in Showoff and not visible to users.
The link in the email will expire after 7 days.
If an exhibitor clicks on the forgotten password link on the website, the reset link will expire after 24 hours.
