Aligning Exhibitor and Sponsor logos

To ensure that exhibitor and sponsor logos display consistently across grids or carousels, it’s best to create a standardized canvas template in a graphics editor such as Pixlr or Photoshop.

Steps to create aligned logos:

1. Create a new canvas
   Use a square canvas; we recommend 500x500 pixels.
   

2. Place your logo on the canvas
   Drag and drop your logo onto the canvas. Resize it to fit appropriately (in Photoshop, use Ctrl+T to transform). Ensure the logo is centered and proportionate.
   

3. Save your file
   Export the aligned logo as a .PNG or .JPG.
   

4. Upload the updated logo
   Replace the existing logo in the CMS with your new aligned file.

Tips:

• Repeat this process for all logos that appear misaligned.

• Using a consistent canvas size helps all logos look tidy in grids, carousels, or other displays.
