Customising Exhibitor Order

You can control the order in which exhibitor items appear both in the Exhibitors module and on pages or panels using the Exhibitors Widget.

⚙️ Customising Order in the Exhibitors Module

1. Go to Modules > Exhibitors

2. Click the Exhibitor Options button in the bottom right

3. Open the Display tab

Search Option

• Set or change the default order for the exhibitor list.

Optional Grouping By

• Choose a field to group results by (e.g., Status).

Order By

• Select the field to order results by, such as:

  • Title

  • Date Entered

  • Description

  • Tags

User Order-By Options

• List exhibitor items based on content added by the exhibitor, e.g.:

  • Those who have uploaded products appear first.

🖼️ Customising Order on Pages or Panels

When using the Insert a Widget icon from the Visual Editor:

1. Select the Exhibitors Widget for your page or panel

2. You can override the default order for this particular page or panel

Order By Options

• Choose how to order items, e.g.:

  • Name

  • Date

  • Status

• Selecting Library Setting applies the settings from the Exhibitors module setup.

This setup gives you full control over how exhibitors are displayed across your site, either globally (via the module) or on specific pages and panels using widgets.
