You can access the Exhibitor Zone Options in two ways:
Go to Settings > Exhibitor Zone Settings.
If you’re already in the Exhibitor module, click the More button in the top-right corner and select Exhibitor Zone Settings.
Creating a New Status from Scratch
Click the Add Status button.
Complete the required fields:
Name: Enter the status name (e.g., Gold, Silver).
Landing Page: Choose an existing page as the exhibitor’s landing page, or add new text to display.
Log-in Email: Add the text that will appear in the login email sent to exhibitors.
Integrations: Specify any third-party integrations associated with this status.
Click Save when done.
Cloning an Existing Status
Cloning an existing status saves time by copying all settings and text automatically.
Open an existing status by clicking its name.
Click the Clone Status button at the top.
Enter a new name for the cloned status.
Tip: Start by creating a comprehensive status (e.g., Premium) that has access to all features. When creating lower-tier statuses, you can simply remove features as needed.
