How to Show Full Video Descriptions on Exhibitor Profiles

Overview:
If video descriptions from a library are being truncated on exhibitor profiles, this is controlled by the library’s list settings, not directly within the exhibitor module.

Step 1: Ensure Library is Assigned to Exhibitors

• Go to Modules → Exhibitors
• Click Options → Layout Settings → Entry Settings
• Navigate to Content
• Ensure the correct library (e.g. Exhibitor Videos 2026) is selected
• Click Save

Step 2: Increase Description Character Limit

• Go to Modules → Libraries
• Select the relevant library (e.g. Exhibitor Videos 2026)
• Click Options → Layout Settings → List Settings
• Navigate to Content
• Locate the Description field
• Increase the character limit to your desired length
• Click Save

Result:
The full (or extended) short description will now display on the exhibitor profile where the library content is shown.

• Library content is shared across the site, so changes here will affect all instances where this library is used
