If you only see one stand type available (for example, Shell Only Space) and need to add additional stand types such as Installations, Shell Scheme, or Showroom, you can do this directly from within an exhibitor entry.
Method 1: Add a New Stand Type Manually
Step 1: Open an Exhibitor
Go to your Dashboard.
Navigate to Exhibitors.
Open any existing exhibitor entry.
Step 2: Edit the Stand Field
Locate the Stand field within the exhibitor record.
Click into the stand title field.
Scroll down to view the existing stand type options.
Step 3: Add the New Stand Type
In the stand type field, manually type the new stand type name (e.g. Installations, Shell Scheme, Showrooom
Select the newly entered value from the list.
Click Submit.
Click Save on the exhibitor record.
Once saved, the new stand type will be created in the system and will automatically become available in the stand type dropdown for all exhibitors.
You can then update other exhibitor records and select the new stand type as needed.
Method 2: Add Stand Types via CSV Import
You can also create new stand types during a CSV import.
Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File
Ensure your CSV includes the Stand Type field.
Enter the stand type titles exactly as you would like them to appear (for example: Installations, Shell Scheme, Showroom).
Step 2: Upload the CSV
Import your CSV file via the Exhibitor import function.
When the file is uploaded, the system will automatically recognise and create any new stand type values included in the CSV. These will then appear in the back office and be selectable for exhibitors moving forward.
Result
After completing either method, your new stand types will:
Appear in the stand type dropdown list
Be selectable across all exhibitor records
Be available for future manual edits or imports
