How to Download Speaker Images from the CMS

When you upload speaker images using the Speaker module in the CMS, those images are automatically saved to a dedicated Speakers folder in the Media Manager.
You can find this folder under Media Manager → Libraries → Speakers.

This folder stores any images uploaded to the Profile Picture or Company Logo fields for speakers.

How to bulk download speaker photos

To download all (or selected) speaker images, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the site/back office you want to download from in ShowOff

2. Open the Media Manager

3. Navigate to Libraries → Speakers

4. Select the images you want to download by toggling them on or off

5. Click Download at the bottom of the screen

What happens next?

• If you download a single image, it will download directly to your browser

• If you download multiple images, they’ll be bundled into a ZIP file and emailed to you once ready

Things to note

• Images uploaded manually to other folders in the Media Manager (and then linked to speaker fields) will not appear in Libraries → Speakers

• Download times may vary depending on the number and size of files selected
  (Large downloads may take a few minutes, but they’ll always be delivered)
