📝 Where can I customise my exhibitor rapport form?
(Classic Ezone & New Ezone)
🔍 Overview
The rapport form allows visitors to contact exhibitors directly through the exhibitor’s profile. When this feature is enabled, visitors will see a “Contact Exhibitor” button on the exhibitor listing page. Messages submitted via this form are sent to exhibitors and can optionally be moderated by the event team.

⚙️ How to enable the rapport feature
Go to Settings
Navigate to Exhibitor Zone Settings
Click on the relevant status (e.g. Standard)
Open the Rapport tab
Set Visitor Rapport to Yes
🛡️ (Optional) Enable Rapport Moderation
Allows approval or rejection of incoming messages
Helps prevent spam and unwanted enquiries
✏️ Customising the rapport form (Classic Ezone)
You can customise the rapport email notification text under Rapport Email Customisation
This text appears above the visitor’s message in the email sent to the exhibitor
⚠️ Important limitation
The rapport form fields and questions are system-default and cannot be edited
If custom fields are required, please submit a feature feedback request

⚙️ How to enable the rapport feature
Go to Modules
Select Zone
Open Groups
Click on the relevant group (e.g. Standard)
Go to General
Scroll to Modules
Enable Rapport
🛡️ (Optional) Tick Require Approval to moderate messages before they reach exhibitors
✏️ Customising the rapport email (Ezone 2)
Go to Zone
Select Settings
Open Emails
Click Rapport
Edit the email content as required
