Managing Library Content Display on Exhibitor Entry Pages

On exhibitor entry pages, you may want to display any library content that exhibitors have uploaded via the EZone.

This content can include:

• Press releases

• Product images

• White papers

• Brochures

• Videos

When exhibitor profiles are populated with library content, they can appear similar to the example below:

🔧 Adjusting How Many Items Display per Row

If you need to change how many library items display across on exhibitor entry pages, this can be configured per library in the CMS.

Steps

1. Open the library you wish to edit.

2. Select Library Options.

3. In the General tab, ensure List Template is set to Grid.

4. Navigate to Layout Settings → List Settings.

5. Locate Number of Items Per Row.

6. Set how many items should display across for each screen size.

7. Select Submit to close the Library Options pop-up.

8. Save the library/module.

✅ Recommended Display Settings

For the best experience across devices, we recommend:

• Desktop / Laptop: 3 or 4 items per row

• Tablet / Mobile: 1 or 2 items per row

These settings help ensure:

• Titles remain aligned

• Content fits within containers

• A clean, consistent layout across screen sizes

Once saved:

• The layout updates globally

• All exhibitor profiles using this library will reflect the change automatically

• No individual exhibitor updates are required
