📊 Scheduling Data Exports in Showoff

In Showoff, you can schedule exports of your data for Exhibitors, Seminars, Speakers, Forms, and Libraries.

Scheduling reports allows you to set up frequent exports that are automatically sent to your inbox. This helps you keep better track of your data and saves time by removing the need to manually export data from Showoff each time.

⚙️ Steps to Schedule Reports

• Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports

• Entity*

  • Select the module you want to schedule (e.g. Exhibitors)

  • Click View Reports

• Click Edit Layout

  • Select the required fields, or

  • Click Check All to select all fields

  • Click Apply Layout

• Click Filter Editor

  • Apply filters as needed (for example, select Is Active and choose Yes or No)

  • Click Apply

• Hover over More

• Click Save & Schedule Filter

• General

  • Edit the filter name if required

• Schedule

  • Select the repeat frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly)

  • Set the start and end dates

• Add a Report Name

• Select the Report Format (CSV or XLS)

• Email To

  • Add one or more email addresses for recipients

• Click Create New Report

📩 What Happens Next

Once the report is scheduled, it will be automatically generated and sent to the selected email addresses based on the frequency you’ve set.
