If you need to log in on behalf of an exhibitor—whether to assist with content uploads, troubleshoot an issue, or test functionality—you can do so directly via the CMS. This allows access without requiring the exhibitor’s personal login details.
🧭 How to Log In as an Exhibitor
Log in to the website or back office you are editing.
Navigate to Modules > Exhibitors.
Select the exhibitor record you wish to log in as.
Scroll to the Exhibitor Contacts section within the exhibitor profile.
If a contact has been added, select Log in.
This will open the Exhibitor Zone (E-Zone) and automatically log you in as that contact, allowing you to see exactly what the exhibitor would see when logging in via the front of the website using their own credentials.
📝 Important Notes
👤 Active contact required
This option is only available if the exhibitor has an active contact record.-
📇 Contact details must be complete
To enable login access, the contact must have the following fields completed:First name

🔒 Passwords remain secure
No password is required when logging in via the CMS, and you will not be able to view or retrieve the contact’s password.-
🚫 Inactive exhibitor records
If the exhibitor record is inactive, you will be blocked from logging into the Exhibitor Zone unless the default access settings have been updated.Guidance on enabling login access for inactive exhibitors can be found here:
