📝 Overview
If exhibitors have uploaded brochures, products, or other content but these are not appearing on their exhibitor profile, this is usually because the relevant libraries have not been enabled in the Exhibitor Layout Settings.
This article explains how to configure exhibitor profiles so uploaded content is visible on the front end.
🛠️ Steps
Go to the Exhibitor module in the back office.
Select Exhibitor Options.
Open Layout Settings.
Click Entry Settings.
Open General Settings.
Select Content.
Scroll down to Sections / Libraries.
⚙️ Configuring Libraries
Important: The Entry Template for exhibitors must be set to ‘Default - Custom’ or ‘Tabbed - Custom’ for the library options described in this article to appear. If the standard ‘Default’ or ‘Tabbed’ entry layouts are selected, any library applied to your exhibitor zone will display automatically in a predefined order. This can be found under the General tab within your exhibitor options.
Locate the Tabs section within the Entry Settings above.
Give your library a name, which will appear as the title of the tab on the exhibitor entry.
Select the library data you wish to display here via the Content option below.
Use additional tabs to add other libraries, such as Products.
Optional: Apply categories if you deem these relevant to be displayed on the exhibitor's profile.
Repeat this for any available library you would like displayed on the exhibitor profile.
✅ Result
Once saved:
Enabled libraries will appear on the front end exhibitor profile.
Any brochures, products, or items already uploaded by exhibitors will display automatically.
📌 Notes
These settings apply globally to all exhibitor profiles.
If a library is not enabled, uploaded content will not appear on the front end.
