Within your E-Zone, you may want to allow exhibitors to upload a cover image to enhance their online profile. This cover image appears at the top of their entry and helps promote their brand while improving the visual presentation of their listing.
The placement of the cover image depends on the Exhibitor Entry Layout selected in your CMS settings.
👀 Cover Image Placement Options
Across all sites, there are two standard layout views:
A) Default View
🔗 Example: https://showcase.asp.events/community/exhibitor-list-main/a-hole-lotta-love
In this layout, the cover image appears directly below the exhibitor’s name, logo, and stand details.
B) Tabbed View
🔗 Example: https://showcase.asp.events/community/exhibitors/abc-telecom
In this layout, the cover image sits behind the exhibitor’s name and stand details, forming a banner-style background.
📐 Recommended Image Specifications
To ensure optimal display, exhibitors should upload:
Dimensions: 1250px × 350px
Formats: .jpg or .png
Maximum File Size: 300kb
Design Tip: Avoid including text or logos within the image. These may clash with or be obscured by overlaid text elements in certain layouts.
Although the upload field allows other file types or sizes, you can guide exhibitors by adding help text to the field.
