An Exhibitor Video Library allows exhibitors to showcase videos on their profiles and lets you feature these videos on your site using the library widget.
Step 1: Create the Video Library 🏗️

Navigate to Libraries > Add New Library.

Name the library:
Exhibitor Videos. -
Set the Type to
Video. -
Click Create.
Step 2: Enable Library for Exhibitors ✅

Go to Settings > Exhibitor Zone Settings.

Select the relevant Exhibitor Status.

Open Permissions, scroll to Libraries, and tick the library you just created.

Optional: Limit the number of uploads per exhibitor.

Step 3: Create a Menu Item for the Library 📋

Navigate to Menus > E-Zone > Add New Item.

Enter the Title for the menu item.

Set Type to
Zoneand select the library you created. -
Optional: Restrict this menu item to certain exhibitor statuses:

Hover over E-Zone > choose Status > Add New Item > select the library.

Step 4: How Exhibitors Upload Videos ⬆️
Exhibitors will see the following fields when uploading:

| Title | Name of the video entry displayed on the site. |
| Date | Date displayed with the video entry. |
| Author | Name of the video creator. |
| Video URL | Direct URL link to the hosted video (displays as a link). |
| Video Embed Code | Embeds the video directly on the page. Copy the embed code from the hosting site (e.g., YouTube) and paste it here. |
Embed Code Tip:
Web browsers sometimes truncate embed code. Copy the embed code into Notepad or a text editor first, then paste into the field.

Step 5: Additional Fields for Video Entries 📝
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Featured Image | Preview image shown before a visitor clicks on the video. |
| Image Display | Choose how the image is displayed (e.g., cropped, full-width). |
| Abstract | Short text to appear on the front of the article. |
| Description | Longer text to display alongside the video. |
This setup ensures your exhibitors can upload and manage videos efficiently while allowing you to showcase them beautifully on your event site.
