Sometimes an exhibitor’s public profile may redirect visitors to the E-Zone login page. This usually happens when the profile is set as restricted content, meaning it’s only accessible to logged-in E-Zone users. If you want the exhibitor’s profile to be publicly accessible, you can remove this restriction in the CMS.
🖥️ Removing the E-Zone Restriction

Navigate to Modules > Exhibitors.

Find and edit the exhibitor whose profile is restricted.

Go to Entry Options.

Click Advanced and locate Restricted Content.

Untick the checkbox under Restricted Content.

Click Save.
Once this is completed, the exhibitor profile will be publicly accessible without requiring an E-Zone login.
