Exporting exhibitor data can help you review, analyse, and compare information stored in your E-Zone.
⚙️ How to Access Export
Go to Modules > Exhibitors > More > Export.
You will land on the Export page, where you can configure layout and filters before exporting.
📝 Edit Layout
Click Edit Layout to see all available fields for export.
Always include the
Account Numberfield, as this is the key identifier linking exhibitors in the database.After selecting your fields, click Apply Layout.
You can then reopen Edit Filters to arrange the order of fields in your export.
🔍 Edit Filters
Filters allow you to include or exclude specific data based on criteria.
The logic uses if/and/or statements depending on the field values.
Filters help you target the exact dataset you need for analysis or reporting.
💾 Export Options, File Formats & Schedules
Under the More button, you can choose different export options:
Save and Schedule Filter
Save your chosen layout and filters to schedule automatic exports.Saved Filters
View filters you have previously saved for reuse.Saved Schedules
View scheduled exports that have been saved for automated delivery.Schedule History
Check all previously saved schedules and any changes made to them.
📁 Export File Formats
Export as CSV
Downloads a standard.CSVfile.Export as XLS
Downloads an Excel.xlsfile.Export as Excel CSV
Downloads an Excel-ready CSV file suitable for direct import into Excel.
Once you click an export option, the file will begin downloading shortly. For large datasets, processing may take longer.
