Viewing Exhibitor Record Activity

In Showoff, you can track certain activity for exhibitor records, including creation dates and login information. However, note that the date a contact was added to an exhibitor cannot be viewed.

⚙️ What You Can See

• Exhibitor Record Created Date – When the exhibitor profile was initially added.

• Password Sent Date – When login credentials were sent to the exhibitor.

• Last Login Date – The most recent time the exhibitor logged into their E-Zone portal.

🔍 Accessing This Information

1. Navigate to Modules > Exhibitors > More > Export.

2. Use the Edit Layout option to include the fields:

   • Created Date

   • Password Sent

   • Last Login Date

3. Apply your layout and export the data as needed.

This will allow you to review exhibitor activity efficiently for reporting or troubleshooting purposes.
