Follow these steps to send login credentials to an exhibitor contact:
π Step 1 β Log In and Access the Exhibitor

Log into the Back Office of the site you are managing.

Navigate to Modules β Exhibitors.

Select the exhibitor whose login details you want to send.
π Step 2 β Locate Exhibitor Contacts

Within the exhibitor record, go to the Exhibitor Contacts section.

Hover over the arrow icon next to Log In.

Click Send Password Reset Link.
This sends an email to the exhibitor containing their username and a link to set a new password.
βοΈ Step 3 β Customize the Email (Optional)

Email templates can be updated via Settings β Exhibitor Zone Settings.

Ensure the email is formatted correctly before sending.

If the option does not appear, check for the following:

No email assigned β The contact must have a valid email address for the system to send the reset link.

No username assigned β Each contact requires a unique username, typically their email address, to access the E-Zone.
This ensures exhibitors can securely receive and set up their login credentials.
