Unable to send the exhibitor their contact details

Follow these steps to send login credentials to an exhibitor contact:

🔑 Step 1 – Log In and Access the Exhibitor

1. Log into the Back Office of the site you are managing.

2. Navigate to Modules → Exhibitors.

3. Select the exhibitor whose login details you want to send.

📇 Step 2 – Locate Exhibitor Contacts

• Within the exhibitor record, go to the Exhibitor Contacts section.

• Hover over the arrow icon next to Log In.

• Click Send Password Reset Link.

This sends an email to the exhibitor containing their username and a link to set a new password.

✏️ Step 3 – Customize the Email (Optional)

• Email templates can be updated via Settings → Exhibitor Zone Settings.

• Ensure the email is formatted correctly before sending.

⚠️ Troubleshooting – Missing “Send Password Reset Link” Option

If the option does not appear, check for the following:

1. No email assigned – The contact must have a valid email address for the system to send the reset link.

2. No username assigned – Each contact requires a unique username, typically their email address, to access the E-Zone.

This ensures exhibitors can securely receive and set up their login credentials.
