If you want to prevent a page from appearing in Google search results, you can add a noindex meta tag to the page's <head> HTML. This instructs Google to remove the page from its index the next time it crawls your site.
🛠 Steps to Add a Noindex Tag
STEP 1 – Open Page Options

In the back office, navigate to the page you want to block.

Bottom-right, click the blue “Page Options” button to reveal additional settings.
STEP 2 – Add the Noindex Meta Tag

Click the Advanced tab at the top of the popup.

Scroll down to the field “Head HTML Code”.

Copy and paste the following meta tag:
STEP 2b – Remove the Page from Site Search and Sitemap (Recommended)

While still in the Advanced tab, set “Show in search results?” to No.

Switch to the SEO tab and set “Include in Sitemap?” to No.
These steps ensure the page is excluded from your site-wide search and XML sitemap.
STEP 3 – Save Changes

Click Submit at the bottom of the popup.

Click Save on the page to finalize your changes.
⚠️ Important Notes

Adding a
noindextag does not immediately remove the page from Google search results. -
The page will only be removed the next time Google crawls your site.

You can request a faster update by submitting your sitemap to Google Search Console.
