Managing Exhibitor Profile Fields in the Exhibitor Zone and Website

You can control which profile fields your exhibitors can complete within the Exhibitor Zone, as well as which of these fields are displayed publicly on their exhibitor profiles on your website.

These settings are managed separately within the ShowOff CMS.

Managing fields within the Exhibitor Zone

To choose which fields exhibitors can view and complete within their profile:

1. Log into your ShowOff CMS.
2. Go to Modules > Zones > Groups.
3. Select the relevant exhibitor group.
4. Open Exhibitor Profile.
5. Review the available profile fields and toggle the relevant fields on or off.

Any fields enabled here will be available to exhibitors when completing their company profile within the Exhibitor Zone.

If a particular field isn't available for your exhibitors to complete, this is the first area we'd recommend checking.

Managing which fields display on your website

The fields available within the Exhibitor Zone and those displayed publicly on your website are controlled separately.

To manage which additional fields appear on your exhibitor profile pages, go to:

Exhibitors Options > Layout Settings > Entry Settings > General Settings > Content > Additional Fields

From here, you can enable or disable the fields you'd like to display publicly on your exhibitor profiles.

Troubleshooting fields that aren't displaying

If information has been entered against an exhibitor but isn't appearing where expected, we'd recommend checking both areas:

1. Exhibitor Zone settings – Check that the field is enabled for exhibitors to view and complete.
2. Website exhibitor settings – Check that the field is enabled to display publicly on the website.

These settings are managed independently, so a field can be available for exhibitors to complete within the Exhibitor Zone without necessarily being displayed on the website.

Likewise, if a field has been populated against an exhibitor but isn't appearing on their public profile, check the website's Additional Fields settings to make sure it has been enabled for display.
