When using the columns agenda style, as shown here:

you can create different columns of seminar data, grouped by your chosen preference.
This is controlled using the grouping functionality within the Seminar widget in ShowOff. You can find more information here:

The columns layout supports a maximum of 5 columns. If this limit is exceeded, the layout will automatically switch to a stacked style, placing the content vertically instead of horizontally.
This happens because displaying more than 5 columns side by side would leave too little space for each column, causing the content to become narrow, stretched, and difficult to read.
When more than 5 columns are used, the agenda will look like this:
Although the stacked layout is still fully functional, you may prefer to use either the calendar or table view if your programme contains a large number of sessions.
