New Features
Engage
- It is now possible to customise the entire contents of all the emails that are sent out via the Engage platform. This includes sign up emails where data is imported from a 3rd party supplier.
Exhibitors & EZone
- 2 new panel positions have been made available to themes that allow panels to be placed in the EZone. They are "EZoneSponsorTop" and "EZoneSponsorLeft" and will appear in the back office only if the theme has made these positions available.
- Categories are now part of the related site functionality
General
- The country list is now completely translatable. You can upload a CSV file matching on the ISO code, or you can change individual country names
- A basic maintenance time report has been added to the site settings (under the client) listing the ticket titles, numbers and time allocated.
Widgets
- A new widget called Responsive Image has been added and will be made available in themes by Design. It allows you to upload different images for different pre-set media queries.
Improvements
Categories
- Categories can now be exported in a format that can be re-imported
- Parent categories can now be archived
Engage
- Settings have been added to Engage lite to change default texts for modal windows
- A popup has been added after the first click of a favourite where descriptive text can be added explaining what the icons are for.
Exhibitors & EZone
- Field settings such as the hint text and label changes are now reflected in the back office CMS
General
- A number hard coded text elements have been made translatable, such as search results for page and libraries, share URL's and ezone manage contacts.

- The target fields for icatchers have been relabeled to show new window, same window.
Libraries
- Library list filtering when more than 1 library on a page has been optimised to be more efficient and only affect the 1 widget instead of multiple on a page
Menus
- If you have a large number of sub menus in the back office there is now an option to show / hide these in the CMS to make ordering of main menu's easier. The option appears under the drop down on the right
Seminars & Speakers
- Language translations have been added automatically to all sites for the seminar dates if the template outputs the dates in the grouping.
- You now have control over the order of the individual speakers on each session. This can be different per session within a seminar
Bug Fixes
API
- The country code for Norway is now output correctly via the API and isn't showing as false
- Draft seminars can now be pushed via the API
- Seminar location descriptions are no longer blanked when no description is imported
Categories
- Category import has been fixed so it won't set a category to be a child of itself if the codes match
Engage
- Engage users in need of attention is now referencing usernames and passwords at the correct level based on login per product or centralised.
- Adding an Engage user in the back office now checks the uniqueness of an email address at the site level, not client
Exhibitors & EZone
- If a custom exhibitor field is added with a / in the name this is now stripped out of the DB name for this to prevent JS issues further down the line
Forms
- Email addresses containing the string "GUID" no longer break the back office email editor
General
- schema.org metadata generation has been optimised
- Incapsula caches are now cleared when images are uploaded
- The secure content module now protects individual library entries when set
