New Features
Exhibitors & Ezone
- Shared exhibitor data has now been added to Showoff. This enables you to automatically copy data from one show to another or allow the exhibitor to choose what they copy and where to. This works for sites in the same product or different products
Generic
- It is now possible to archive sites in Showoff allowing for the Naga site list to be trimmed and the clients event page to only show events with sites that aren't archived. It is still possible to access archived sites but by default it loads without. This will require a manual process to update all the sites one by one
- A new "Edit Mode" has been added to the back office This is mainly designed for Flex but will also work on an Expo site but with less options. It allows you to edit flex settings on the front of the site. It also links the content to the editor section in the back office.
Improvements
Exhibitors & Ezone
- It is now possible to add ezone action text above each of the SSO integrations that we have. This is NOT per status so it will appear in the language translations section under "Zone Portal"
- You can now change the page title for the password reset page an exhibitor visits when setting their new password. This appears in the language translations
General
- Template schema settings have been moved into an "Advanced" section under the display settings. The icon has also changed for display settings to accommodate the new edit mode
Integration
- We have an initial integration setup with Live Buzz. This will import registration data into Engage, At the moment this does basic data but will be expanded to include demographic questions in the near future.
