Setting Up a 2-Tiered Question

A 2-tiered question allows you to have multiple answers displayed in a tiered style. Once a visitor selects an initial option, additional sub-options will appear.

🛠️ Steps to Create a 2-Tiered Question

1. Go to Modules > Forms > Questions & Stages > Add Question.

2. From the Question Type drop-down, select 2-Tiered.

3. Fill in the other question details as usual.

4. Under Question Options, set up your tiers of answers.

   • Use Drag & Drop to reorder the options.

   • You can combine Radio and Checkbox options only.

📊 How It Works

• When a visitor selects a parent option, the corresponding sub-options appear.

• This allows for tiered, conditional responses in your form.

💾 Exporting Data

• When exporting data for 2-tiered questions:

  • All selected values appear in one column.

  • Multiple selections are comma-separated.
