Inserting a Form into a Page or Panel

Once your form has been built, you can insert it into a page or panel using the Form Builder widget.

Steps to Insert the Form

1. Navigate to the page or panel where you want the form to appear.

2. Place your cursor where you want the form to start.

3. Click on the Widget icon in the visual editor.

4. Select the Form Builder widget to insert it.

5. From the Name dropdown, choose the form you want to display.

Note: If your form does not appear in the dropdown, it must be tested at least once before it can be used.

Optional: Default Value

You can set a Default Value to display a message when the form is not active.

Submission Method

You can choose how the form behaves when submitted:

1. Refresh current widget

   • The visitor stays on the same page and URL.

   • Your Thank You message replaces the form in the same location.

2. Submit to new page

   • The visitor is taken to a new blank page.

   • The Thank You message is displayed on this new page only.

This approach ensures your form is displayed correctly and gives you control over how submissions are handled.
