CRM questions allow you to capture structured contact data from your forms. This data can be used for reporting, exports, or CRM integration.
📝 Adding a CRM Question
In any form, click Add New Question.
Select the question type Visitor Questions – this provides a set of pre-defined fields.
Toggle on the specific questions you require, such as First Name, Email, Address, etc.
Save your changes.
📊 Exporting Contact Data from Forms
If your forms collect contact details using CRM questions, you can download all responses across forms in one go. Be mindful of DPA (Data Protection) requirements when handling this data.
Steps to Export:
Go to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
From the Entity dropdown, select Form Contacts and click View Reports.
Use the Layout Editor or set up Filters to tailor the data to your needs.
Save the report or export it for further use.
