Go to Libraries > Select the library you wish to edit/add to.
Click on the Library Options button in the bottom right then select the 'Display' tab. Here you can control how the results are displayed on screen, and select an option from the following:
- Order by: choose what field to order your results by - e.g. Title, Date entered, Description, Tags
- User order-by options: list library items in the order the exhibitor or user has set them to appear in the Exhibitor Zone.
TIPS
- If you are inserting a library widget into a page, please check the widget sort order settings are set to use the default library options

I cannot order the entries from the newest to the oldest.

Thanks for commenting on this article. Having reviewed the settings in your system, there were two things that had not been setup correctly.
Firstly, the sort order you had set in the library settings was sorting by 'date' rather than 'date (desc)'. This means the entries would be listed from oldest to newest.
In addition to this, the page you are linking to on the front of the site was using a page with a library widget inserted. The settings in this widget were still set to override the main library settings and sort by 'date entered' rather than 'date (desc)'. You can amend this via the widget settings.
This has all been updated for you now so the entries on the page should appear newest to oldest:
