You can set a form to close automatically either by date/time or number of submissions.
Steps to Set Form Closure
Access your form via Modules > Forms.
Select the form you want to edit and click on the Settings tab.
Closure Options
1. Closed Date & Time
Specify a date and time for the form to stop accepting entries.
2. Close After a Number of Submissions
Set a maximum number of entries the form will accept before closing.
Closure Message
After setting the closure option, you can create a closure message.
Remember to include a call to action (e.g., “Sign up for updates” or “Check back later”).
Optional: Redirect on Completion
You can choose to redirect users after form submission.
This is useful if, for example, a register interest form is closed but full registration is now live.
Redirection can be internal (another page on your site) or external (any URL).
To enable, tick the Redirect on completion checkbox and click CHOOSE to select your target.
Tip: Always save your changes after updating any closure settings or messages.
