You can create multiple choice questions in three formats:
| Type | Use Case |
|---|---|
| Radio | For "either/or" answers where only one option is possible. |
| Checkbox | For multiple selections where more than one answer is valid. |
| Drop down | For single-choice answers from a long list of options. Perfect for very long lists. |
⚙️ Step 1: Choose Your Question Type
Click ADD QUESTION.
Select one of the three types above (Radio, Checkbox, Drop down).
Complete the Field Name and Question. Other fields are optional.
⚙️ Step 2: Add Options in Bulk
In the Bulk Edit field, type or paste your options.
Ensure each option is on a new line.
Don’t worry about the order yet—you can edit or reorder later.
⚙️ Step 3: Edit and Reorder Options
Click the Edit tab next to the question.
Each line will appear as a selectable option.
Edit text or reorder options using drag & drop.
To allow respondents to add their own answer, click ADD "OTHER".
✅ Result:
Your multiple choice question is now fully set up and ready for use in your form.
