Adding A Countdown Clock Widget

To highlight your event dates, you can add a countdown clock widget that dynamically counts down to your event.

Steps to insert the widget:

1. Open your Page or Panel
   Navigate to the page or panel where you want the countdown and click the widget icon in the visual editor.

2. Select the Countdown Widget
   Choose the Countdown widget from the available options.

3. Complete the Fields

   • Countdown Date – set the date and time to count down to (usually the opening of your show).

   • Expired Text – text that will display once the countdown reaches zero.

   • Display Elements – choose whether to display "Days/Hours/Minutes" or "Month/Days/Hours" (options may vary depending on your design).

Tips & Best Practices:

• If the countdown is in a panel, consider setting an Expire Date under Publishing Options to automatically hide it.

• Use the countdown in multiple locations, e.g., for call-to-paper deadlines or other key dates.
