Libraries are an excellent way to organise collections of content that can be categorised, tagged, and made searchable for your end users. Examples include Press Releases, Blogs, or exhibitor-uploaded materials like products, documents, or press releases. Exhibitors can also manage content directly via the Exhibitor Zone.
Useful Tips

Use the search box to locate items that need editing.

Export data in CSV or Excel format.

Adjust how many items appear per page via Display Options.

Add filters and search functionality by clicking Search Options.
Task: Adding and Editing a Library and Its Entries
Step 1: Create a New Library

In the CMS, go to Libraries → Add New Library.

Name your library and select a Library Type.

Example: For press releases, select News.

Return to Libraries and locate your newly created library.
Step 2: Add a New Entry

Open the library and click Add New Entry.

Fill in the mandatory fields:

Title

Date

Upload an image for your entry and add a caption.

Complete the abstract (short summary) and description (detailed content).

Click Save.
Step 3: Configure List Display Settings

At the bottom of the entry page, click Library Options → General tab.

Scroll to List Template to control how your library appears on the front end.

Example: For this task, select Grid View.

Set entries per page to 12 (recommended in multiples of 3).

Set “How to open links to entries” to Modal so entries open in a lightbox rather than a separate page.
Step 4: Configure Search Options

Click the Search Options (magnifying glass icon).

Select an Order By field to control how entries are displayed.

Example: Choose Date to show the most recent entries first.

Step 5: Save and Preview

Click Save and preview your library on the website to ensure it appears as expected.
