Guide: Adding Help Text to Ezone Fields

You can provide guidance to exhibitors by adding help text to fields within the Ezone (for example, recommended image sizes for uploads).

Steps

1. Navigate to:
   Modules > Exhibitors > More > Field Setup > General
2. Select the field you want to update (e.g. Logo).
3. In the Help Text field, enter the guidance you’d like to display to exhibitors.
4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Tips

• Keep help text short and clear for the best user experience.
• Include specific requirements such as image dimensions, file format, and size limits where applicable.

Common Help Text Examples

Logo:
Please upload a logo to your profile (Recommended - 500px by 500px in either .JPG or .PNG).

Cover Image:
Please upload a cover image to your profile (Recommended size - 1150px by 350px in either .JPG or .PNG).
