Overview
Merge fields in Ezone 2 emails allow you to personalise outgoing communications by pulling exhibitor-specific data directly into email templates.
Steps to Add Merge Fields to Ezone Emails
- Go to Modules > Zone > Settings > Emails
- Click on the email you want to edit (e.g.,
Welcome - Zone Email) - In the email description or content, you will see existing merge fields already embedded
- To add new merge fields:
- Use the available merge field shortcuts, or
- Copy the required field from Settings > Site Settings > General > Global Merge Fields
- Save the email template

Email Template:
Hello {{exhibuser_name}},
Welcome to {{siteName}}!
To access the Exhibitor Zone use your username below and then follow the simple on-screen instructions
