To add a tooltip to your seminar streams, you first need to locate and edit your seminar list in the back office.
Note: Seminar streams may also be referred to as “tracks” depending on your event setup.
Your seminar page will be set up in one of two ways:
- Seminar Module page
- Seminar Widget on a page
Follow the relevant instructions below based on your setup.
1. Seminar Module
If your seminar page uses the Seminar Module, you can edit its settings directly in the back office.
Navigation
Go to:
Modules → Seminar → Select your seminar → Seminar Options (bottom-right)
Enable Seminar Stream Key (Track Key)
- Open the General tab
- Find “Enable Seminars Stream Key”
- Set this to Show
This will display a list of all seminar streams (tracks) and their associated colours at the top of the seminar list.
Other Stream (Track) Options
- Stream Filters (Track Filters)
Located in the Display tab under User filterable fields - Stream Appearance (Track Appearance)
Located in the Layout tab
Here you can customise how streams (tracks) appear in:- The seminar list
- The seminar detail view
2. Seminar Widget
If your seminar list is added via a widget, you can adjust its settings directly on the page.
Navigation
Go to:
Back office → Open the page → Double-click the Seminar Widget
Enable Seminar Stream Key (Track Key)
- Go to Advanced Settings → General tab
- Enable the Seminar Stream Key
This will display the seminar key and its colours for all streams (tracks) at the top of the seminar list.

Found in the Search and Filters tab - Stream Appearance (Track Appearance)
Found under Advanced Settings → Content tab
If you’re unsure which setup your page uses, check whether the seminar list is added as a module or via a widget on the page.
