Exporting form submissions allows you to download and analyse the data collected from your forms. You can customise which fields are included in the export to ensure you only retrieve the information you need.
Step 1: Navigate to your form
Go to Modules
Select Forms
Choose the form you would like to export submissions from
Step 2: Select the fields to export
Before exporting, you can control which fields are included in your download:
In the top left, select Edit Layout
Choose the fields you would like to include in your export
Click Apply Layout to confirm your selection
This ensures your export only includes relevant data, making it easier to review and analyse.
Step 3: Export the form data
Once your layout is set:
Go to the top right of the page
Click More
Select Export Form Data
Choose Export as CSV
Your file will then download as a CSV, which can be opened in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
