ASP currently offers two Exhibitor Zone packages. This article explains the differences, which package you will receive by default, and how to upgrade.

Classic Exhibitor Zone
Our original Exhibitor Zone package, used by many long-standing organisers.
Exhibitor Zone 2
An upgraded Exhibitor Zone package featuring an improved look and feel, plus additional tools to support exhibitors and enhance their experience in the lead up to your event.
Which package will you receive?
If you do not currently have an Exhibitor Zone set up with ASP, your zone will be launched on Exhibitor Zone 2 by default.
If you are currently using Classic Exhibitor Zone, you may wish to upgrade to Exhibitor Zone 2.
Upgrade cost
Upgrading from Classic to Exhibitor Zone 2 is free of charge.
To explore an upgrade, please contact your Account Manager, who can:
Arrange a demo of Exhibitor Zone 2, or
Provide briefing materials and outline the next steps to begin the migration
Important considerations before upgrading
Recommended timing
We recommend planning your upgrade as far out from your event as possible.
During the migration, the Exhibitor Zone will need to be taken offline for a period while the upgrade is completed. This downtime is typically 10 to 14 days.
If you are relaunching your website, it is recommended to upgrade shortly after the new site launches, allowing sufficient time to configure the upgraded zone before exhibitor communications increase.
Login page URL changes and redirects
When migrating from Classic to Exhibitor Zone 2, your Exhibitor Zone login page URL will be updated.
Although the login page URL is editable in the CMS, we strongly recommend setting up redirects from any existing login page(s). This helps ensure:
Any Google-indexed pages continue to direct exhibitors to the correct login page
Exhibitors are not led to outdated pages
You reduce the risk of confusion and incorrect details being entered

Briefing options for migration
When migrating from Classic to Exhibitor Zone 2, you can choose one of the following briefing approaches:
Brief from scratch
Complete the Exhibitor Zone briefing document to define the new zone requirements from the beginning. Your Account Manager will provide this document.Copy an existing setup
Retain the same structure and configuration used for a previous event and copy it across to the upgraded package.
